Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using Act Now (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Act Now.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Act Now to violate any law or third-party right.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Don't connect calendars you don't have authorization to access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (such as Pro) are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and continue to use paid features through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party services
Act Now integrates with Google Calendar and other services you choose to connect. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features to keep the Service secure and useful. If we materially change these Terms we will give reasonable notice by email or in-product notification.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Act Now helps you follow through on commitments; it doesn't guarantee outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Act Now at any time by disconnecting Google Calendar and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
