This page is maintained by Act Now to answer common privacy questions about the Act Now product. Act Now is a Google Calendar accountability tool that helps you follow through on the commitments already in your calendar. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Account information: your name, email, and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
• Google Calendar metadata: event titles, times, attendee counts, and status fields required to detect overdue events and send you alerts.
• Notification preferences: the channels (push, email) and rules you configure.
• Product usage: aggregate, non-identifying telemetry that helps us improve reliability.

• We do not read the private body content of calendar events beyond what is required to run accountability rules.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your calendar data to train third-party AI models.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.

When you connect Google Calendar, we request the minimum scopes needed to read event metadata and, where you opt in, adjust events on your behalf as part of the reschedule feature. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account or from inside Act Now.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. When you disconnect Google Calendar, we stop syncing new event data immediately.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls that limit exposure to the systems required to operate the product. Act Now is app-owned editable content; nothing on this page is an independent certification.
